Any order placed between 12th October – 1st November 2019 may not display on your account. We will still process orders like normal, but order tracking will be unavailable for orders placed in this time period. Are my orders still there?
Yes. All your orders are still with us and we will still be processing them accordingly. They will still be shipped out to you.
Can I place an order online?
Absolutely. Our store is operational like normal.
Will I be able to track my orders?
Yes. All your existing orders can be tracked. However, any order placed from 12th October 2019 – 1st November 2019 won’t show on your account.
