Service Support Team
The professional service support team at Beaucare® keep track of inspections and other servicing dates, notifying the customer in advance to arrange a convenient inspection date. Fully trained staff are there to offer help and advice over the phone, avoiding unnecessary call out costs where possible.

The service vans carry a full range of parts and spares from an extensive variety of manufacturers, this allows the engineers to carry out the majority of repairs on site, on the same day as the initial visit. The servicing workshop has been specifically designed for the testing and repair of equipment including mattresses, scales, hoists, and scooters. Equipment which cannot be repaired on site is collected and returned to the workshop, where the item will be repaired as quickly as possible.
